Polyimide is a thin and translucent material with very high dielectric capability. In the narrow space or require lighter, heater exposed to vacuum, oil or chemicals application environment, PI Heater Film is ideal.
Features:
Can be used in vacuum environment.
Providing superior resistance to most solvents, such as acid, solvent and base (except NaOH).
Temperature Rating: -40℃~200℃ ( if double-side adhesive is required, depends on the temperature of adhesive).
Material: Polyimide.
Resistance tolerance: cold rated resistance ±5%.
The size can be very small.
Thin and small bending radius.
Can be customized as customer requirement, such as shape, size, wattage , installation, etc.
