Summary

Heat Exchanger of Folded Plate is machined by special designed equipment with anti-corrosive aluminum foil, its working principle is similar to air-air counter flow HEX core, combining with other components to be a perfect cooling solution for indoor/outdoor cabinets.

Construction 1
HEFP is composed of folded fins, brackets, rivets and silicon glue. Folded fins are finished with small foldings, combined with 2 brackets to be a labyrinth-shape, sealed by silicon glue after riveted. Fins' spaces for inner and outer loops can be designed with different sizes, theoretically the one with bigger fin space is for outer loop, it is preferable to be used as natural convection cooling solution.
Construction 2
HEFP is composed of 2 same or different folded fins, aluminum plate and silicon glue, a pair of folded fins are attached on opposite sides of a separation aluminum plate by silicon glue.
