Thermal Siphon HEX

Heat pipe is a kind of heat transfer module with high thermal conduction, it transfers heat through evaporation and condensation of the medium in the fully enclosed vacuum tube. It has extremely high thermal conductivity and good thermal homogeneity. The thermal siphon heat exchanger (TS HEX) has high heat transfer efficiency with small pressure drop and the advantage to better control the condensation and so on, in the meantime TS HEX may obtain better cooling capacity by using the natural cold source.

The internal and external circulation air carry on heat exchanging independently through thermal siphon heat exchanger, avoiding dust and moisture enter into cabinet effectively, assure to meet requirements of temperature and cleanliness inside cabinet;

It adopts microchannel structure with high heat transfer ability, better cooling capacity can be achieved compared with air-air heat exchanger on same dimension;

Compared with compressor cooler, thermal siphon heat exchanger has less moving parts, less noise, convenient transportation and high reliability;

According to the size of the cabinet, the evaporator, condenser and the size of thermal siphon heat exchanger can be designed flexibly, which can better meet the requirements of heat transfer rate and size of the cabinet.
