Neutral salt spray test (NSS)

The salt spray equipment is a rooftop salt spray box, according to GB/T2423.18 and IEC 60068-2-52 standards.

Neutral salt spray adopts continuous spray (constant environment experiment).

The maximum volume of the testable object is 600MM × 450MM × 400MM (L × M × H).

The application scope is suitable for testing the surface corrosion resistance of various materials after anti-corrosion treatment such as painting, coating, electroplating, anodizing, etc.

Through salt spray testing, potential problem areas and locations in the product can be identified, deficiencies in quality control can be discovered, and design defects can be identified.

At present, the conventional salt spray time of the company is 96 hours, and the judgment is made according to GB/T 6461-2002 after the salt spray test.
